Meet like-minded women and get connected to mentors.
She’s a Boss was built around connecting women to mentors — that’s what we did when we first started, that’s what we still do now, and that’s because that’s what we’re best at doing. Let us help you get connected!
What Our Mentors Bring to the Table
She’s a Boss Mentors are ethnically diverse, successful, well-connected women (we’ve got a few men too!) from in and around the Capital Region. They are not-for-profit leaders, business owners, politicians, entrepreneurs, and have experience in many different industries from STEM to law to fashion.
Why You Should get a Mentor
Mentors are valuable because they give you access to things you may not have otherwise tapped into without their knowledge and experience. Just to name a few, mentors give you access to:
- Resources (the types of resources are endless and depend on the mentor)
“Without my mentors, I would never have met investors and built the network I’m currently using to grow my business. My mentors encouraged me and held my hand when needed as I was going through the growing pains of a recent graduate budding into a young professional. I owe much of my success to their selflessness.” –Ms. Liska Wilson, President/Founder of She’s a Boss
